We met Tay at a yoga festival and sampled the cacao mushroom blend. It was delicious, with just enough sweetener to counteract the bitterness of the cacao without making it a sweet drink. I needed something to replace my coffee, annd this was the perfect fit! And so easy to prepare at home! It’s great to sip on before or after my meditation, or when I just need a little pick-me-up. I find it to be grounding, heart opening, and comforting- satisfies every time!

I love love love the mushroom cacao. It is such a tasty blend. I drank one every day for 6+ months. Then finally my husband got curious about what I was enjoying and is now obsessed! He shares it with everyone he knows. By far the best quality best tasting mushroom and cacao blend on the market. And the way the mushroom blend energizes you is so amazing. I used to like matcha but not love matcha—I was a coffee drinker every day but sometimes didn’t like how it made me feel in my body. After finding Ascend Matcha I opt for matcha at home most days and not only does it give me such a balanced boost of energy but I know it’s supporting my health and my bank account (I prefer this over getting a matcha or coffee out at a cafe most days!!) I don’t write reviews often but this one is a worth while review. I’m a forever customer—can’t get enough!!

This is by far the best cacao on the market! I've tried some of the bigger brands (Ora, Mudwtr, Four sigmatic, etc) but none of them compare to the taste and health benefits that Ascend's cacao offers. I'm excited to incorporate this into my daily routine especially as the colder weather approaches. It's worth every penny!
